4D Vision Gym is a vision training center where you can have fun while strengthening the pathways between your eyes and your brain. Visual barriers impact your ability to learn, read, comprehend, work, play, and even pay attention. 4D removes visual barriers to learning and makes it possible for children and adults to excel in areas where they previously struggled. Optometric Vision Therapy is a non-invasive, non-surgical treatment option for double vision, lazy eye, crossed eyes, convergence insufficiency, accommodative insufficiency, eyestrain, and much more. We provide each patient with an individualized program that will meet their needs at every step of the visual correction process. As a behavioral optometrist, Dr. Collier will ask questions about your vision problems at school, work, and home. Together, you’ll explore how Vision Therapy or corrective lenses may help improve your comfort and performance while preventing future vision issues. We are a team of highly educated, motivated, caring professionals who are passionate about how vision therapy can improve the lives of our patients. Dedicated to providing excellence in vision therapy, 4D Vision Gym is ready to serve you and your child. Accepting Anthem, Medicare, Connecticare and United Healthcare health insurance. 👁️✨ What is Behavioral Optometry? ✨👁️

You’ve probably heard of eye doctors who check vision… but Behavioral Optometrists go deeper.

They don’t just ask “Can your child see clearly?”
They ask:
🔍 “Can your child’s eyes work together, track smoothly across a page, focus easily, and process what they see?”

📚 Behavioral Optometry looks at the connection between vision, learning, and development. It’s about how your child uses their vision to succeed in school, sports, and life—not just whether they have 20/20 eyesight.

🎙️ The podcast is officially LIVE!

If reading has become a daily battle in your home, this episode is a must-listen. We’re breaking down the difference between eyesight and vision — and why some reading struggles may actually be visual, not behavioral.

If your child avoids reading, it might not be defiance… it could be their eyes. 👀

Listen now and start with understanding.

🚨 New Podcast Alert! 🚨
Tomorrow at 8 AM 🎙️

If reading at your house ends in tears, meltdowns, or “I hate this,” this episode may completely reframe the conversation.

Reading struggles aren’t always about motivation, intelligence, dyslexia, or ADHD. Reading is a visual task first — and there’s a big difference between eyesight (20/20 clarity) and vision (how efficiently the brain uses the eyes).

In this episode, we unpack:
• How visual inefficiencies can mimic ADHD
• Why some children labeled dyslexic may also have undetected vision challenges
• Signs of tracking, focusing, and eye teaming issues
• What to watch for at home
• When to seek a comprehensive visual evaluation

If your child avoids reading, it may not be defiance — it may be discomfort.

It could be their eyes. Start with understanding. 👀

💡 Study Tip of the Day: Lighting matters more than you think! 👀✨
Studying in dim light can strain your eyes, cause fatigue, and make it harder to focus — while natural light helps your eyes stay relaxed and boosts concentration. 🌞📚

If your child still struggles to focus even with good lighting, it might be more than just study habits — it could be a visual skills issue. 👓

Let’s make learning clearer and easier! 💪
