Emily is one of our newest BCBAs at Beyond, and we’re so excited to have her on the team. She brings over 10 years of experience in the field of autism, starting as a teaching assistant, then becoming an RBT, and eventually earning her BCBA certification. She’s worked across schools, homes, clinics, and summer camps, giving her a really well-rounded and flexible approach to supporting each child and family.
Emily also spent time as a teaching professional at Saint Joseph’s University, where she worked closely with students entering the field. That experience helped her grow her supervisory skills and reconnect with the “why” behind the work we do. Now back in a clinical role, she’s most excited to build strong relationships with her clients, families, and teams over time and to really see that growth happen. She’s especially passionate about assent-based practice and making sure clients are actively involved in their care in a way that feels meaningful and motivating.
