At Collaborative Therapy Network (CTN), we recognize the positive impact animals can have on our mental health. Puppies (and pets of all kinds) can bring joy, companionship, and comfort to our lives.

Spending time with animals can help reduce stress, improve mood, and encourage connection and routine. Whether it’s playing, walking, or simply enjoying their company, pets often remind us to slow down and enjoy the moment.
