A friendly reminder from Collaborative Therapy Network — Daylight Saving Time is Tomorrow!
Clocks will “spring forward,” which means we lose one hour of sleep. While the extra daylight can be refreshing, changes in sleep schedules can sometimes affect mood, focus, and overall well-being.
Here are a few tips to help ease the transition:
🌿 Try going to bed 15–30 minutes earlier a few nights before the time change
🌿 Keep a consistent sleep routine
🌿 Limit screen time before bed
🌿 Get sunlight and fresh air during the day
🌿 Be patient with yourself as your body adjusts
