- Protect your peace early. Don’t wait until you’re overwhelmed to set boundaries. Say no where you need to, and block off time to breathe.
- Simplify your expectations. You don’t have to do it all. Focus on what actually matters to you, not what everyone else is doing.
- Stay connected to your routine. Keep the small habits that keep you grounded — movement, water, sleep, stillness. They matter even more when life gets busy.
