Cupping is a gentle, advanced technique that uses suction to lift and decompress tissue—great for tight muscles, stubborn knots, and areas that feel “stuck.” We customize the style (gliding, stationary, or targeted techniques) based on your body and goals.

✨What to expect” mini-explanation (for anxious clients) ☺️
👉🏼You’ll feel a pulling/suction sensation (not sharp pain).
👉🏼You can do gliding cupping for a massage-like feel or targeted cupping for specific problem areas.
