The holidays and the new year have a way of reminding us how full life can feel — full calendars, full plates, and for me at least, a very full mind.

I work 1:1 virtually with clients through yoga, Pilates, and Ayurvedic lifestyle design, offering fully personalized support. Sometimes that looks like learning new yoga shapes, sometimes it’s a self-care check-in and simple routines, sometimes it’s understanding how to better harmonize your energy with your environment.
