By the end of January, motivation often starts to dip. Burnout from over-ambitious goals can leave many of us in a mid-winter slump. Instead of relying on intense bursts of motivation, this is your reminder to build consistent, sustainable habits that actually last.

✨ Enter: Our 21 in 28 Day Yoga Challenge ✨ Starts February 1st

💵Cost: $15 (sign up at the studio)
Add your name to the leaderboard and use your current class cards or unlimited packages to participate.

Whether you’re here for the movement, the mindset, or a full mind-body reset — this challenge is for YOU.

📝 How It Works:
Take a class → add a sticker to the board
Take a meditation or two classes in one day → add two stickers
Max of 2 stickers per day.

🎁 Prizes:
Weekly raffle prizes for the most stickers each week.

🏆Grand prize raffle for anyone who completes 21+ classes in 28 days.

📝Optional self-inquiry questions to support your inner work on and off the mat.

Hands-on assisting isn’t about fixing—it’s about meeting students where they are. This training teaches yoga teachers how to offer touch with clarity, consent, and presence so each student feels supported, grounded, and empowered.

You’ll learn to:

✨ Use touch as grounding, stabilizing, and directional
✨ Bring breath, intention & energetic awareness into every assist
