If you’re a current member with a class pack (5, 10, or 20) or any unlimited package, you can bring ONE friend (who’s never been to the studio before) to ONE class you’re attending — and their class is on us!

‼️A few important rules to keep things fair:
🚫 This offer does not apply if you only purchase drop-ins.
🚫 One friend per class only — and it must be a different friend each time.
🚫 Your friend must attend with you in the same class.

PILATES PILATES PILATES‼️Who is ready to try a Pop-Up Heated Sweat Fusion Pilates with Janelle!

Looking for a new way to strengthen your muscles ? A Pilates Fusion class will incorporate the principles of progressive overload to challenge your muscles. Core strengthening, muscle endurance, and functional strength training are used to promote a strong emphasis on lengthening and toning your muscles. This signature work out will incorporate both breath regulation and depth to ensure overall stamina.
