🌸 Midguards Rest Schedule Update 🌸

I’m off today and tomorrow (Wednesday & Thursday) recharging my own batteries, but I checked the books and the weekend filled up FAST.

Here’s what’s left:

✨ Friday – only a few openings left (update Friday’s fully booked)
🔥 Saturday – fully booked (2 appointments booked but someone booked a 4 hour massage… after that one I’m probably taking the day off to recover lol)
🌿 Sunday – a couple openings left
🌸 Monday – I’ve got a morning client and an evening client, which means I’ve got room to squeeze in a few sessions in the middle of the day.

Also… we just hit 114 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ reviews which honestly blows my mind. Thank you all for trusting me with your muscles, stress, and general life chaos.

but weird ones
from root beer to butterscotch
from cucumber mojito to old books
From vanilla to plumeria
From bamboo, aloe to sand

You get what I’m saying
so I renamed my essential oils upgrade as ”The aroma therapy bar”

Cause I want everyone to pick up my scents go through them smell em not just tell me I want lavender (feels boring)

Also! A ton of You have been requesting citrus scents which weirdly enough I don’t have. So I bought some

Quick heads up! My spa soundtrack runs about 56 minutes and is basically my timekeeper. If you’re early, I start it once you’re on the table. If you’re late, the soundtrack still starts at the scheduled appointment time so the day stays on track.

If we haven’t met yet, I’m Amanda — owner of Midguards Rest Massage & Reiki in Chester, VA.

I’m a licensed and insured massage therapist and Reiki practitioner, recently honored as a SOVA Next Gen 40 Under 40 winner. I’m currently accepting new clients.

I offer a wide range of services, and most of my clients especially love my Combination massage — a blend of Swedish and targeted trigger point work. Pressure ranges from light to firm, and every session is tailored to what your body needs that day.

I don’t accept insurance (but I do accept HSA & FSA cards).

My goal is simple — you leave feeling better than when you walked in. Whether that means great conversation, complete silence, or the best nap of your week… I’ll follow your lead.

I also love helping people save money and surprising my members with random freebies and perks — that part is reserved for members though, so be sure to check that out if you like a little extra.
