Our residents had the best time eating Spooky Snacks, listening to Halloween Music and sharing our Trick or Treat Traditions!!! 👻 When else can you dress up, have a costume party and feel like a kid again? 🎃 Only on HALLOWEEN!!!!

Huge thanks to our caregivers Tamara, Erin & Kelly for helping me and our Residents have the best Halloween Party ever! 🎃 Just watching our precious friends laughing, choosing their costume and having so much fun really filled our hearts with so much joy!!

Arcadia is a family-owned and operated business with 6 (soon to be 7!) locations. We strive to do our best for our residents and our staff. Our homes have between 16-20 residents, which allows us to provide the best care possible. Arcadia is a growing company with lots of room for career advancement.

We are seeking two full-time Maintenance Assistants, one for our locations on the Eastern Shore & the other for our Crofton & Davidsonville homes. The Davidsonville location will be opening soon. These individuals will perform maintenance, custodial, and housekeeping tasks at Arcadia to keep our houses safe & inviting for residents, staff, and visitors.

Have you ever had a wish that you never thought was possible? 🌟 And then life happens and you sadly lose touch of these simple juvenile hopes and dreams?

As children, some of our residents always wished to pet a pony (or horse) and guess what … we made that happen!!! Thanks to QAC Pets on Wheels and Wendi from Chesapeake Mini’s who came out on this beautiful day to make our residents’ wishes come true in meeting STORMY, the Miniature Horse!

Huge thanks to Donna and Jessie Poole for allowing me to help make this dream come true for our residents … also thank you to our little cowgirl friend Rosie for coming out and all the families who stopped by. And last but not least, THANK YOU to house manager, Tamara, for supporting me the entire time in making sure every resident participated in our fabulous activity outside. It may have been a little chilly, but we bundled everyone up and got them ready for the big reveal … a mini horse arriving in a minivan lol!!! What a blessing to watch their faces light up, with such anticipation of petting a horse … And watching their dreams become reality. 🐴💜💫
