This year's theme is focused on Youth Mental Health and Wellness.

We’re honored to offer an additional Medicine-Assisted Psychotherapy Group at Sugar Loaf Mental Wellness 🤍

This circle will be held Saturday, February 28th from 12:30–3:30 pm, with a group integration session on Sunday, March 1st from 11:00–12:00 pm. A virtual group preparation session will take place prior to the experience (date TBD).

The participation fee is $250 (prescriber fees not included).

This three-hour medicine-assisted psychotherapy circle is rooted in the belief that healing happens in relationship. Within a safe, trauma-informed group container, participants are supported through thoughtful preparation, a guided experiential journey, and intentional integration. The group itself becomes part of the medicine—offering connection, resonance, and shared witnessing.

The circle is facilitated by Sarah Emanuel, LCSW, a clinician with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. Sarah is EMDR-certified and trained in somatic practices, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy. Her work is grounded, integrative, and deeply trauma-informed, with a strong emphasis on consent, emotional safety, embodiment, and nervous system support.
