The chilly season means the winter blues are sneaking up! To brighten spirits and raise awareness about available resources, Rose State College welcomed our program to their campus. We are grateful to the awesome student helpers whose efforts created a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that everyone felt connected and uplifted during the event.

World Mental Health Day 2025 at was an absolute BLAST! The campus buzzed with fun interactive activities, mouthwatering food, and awesome prizes that kept everyone pumped! Most importantly, we dove deep into mental health awareness, su***de prevention, and the incredible support resources available on campus. Huge shoutout to our phenomenal hosts and for making it unforgettable! And a massive THANK YOU to all the campus partners who brought their A-game, sharing vital resources with students! 💚

⬆️ 42% - Atlantic Cape Community College brought our program twice this year and we had a 42% increase in student participation for the Fall semester outdoor event! That means 42% more meaningful conversations and chances to connect with students who may be going through a tough time and are not sure where to turn. We are thankful to our hosts and helpers, and all the students and staff who came by to participate.

Crafton Hills College Fire Academy recruits attending IMALIVE Mental Health Fair to talk about su***de prevention and mental health challenges. Firefighting in California is one of the most demanding professions in the world, intensified by the state's severe wildfire seasons. California's firefighters endure unique stressors that amplify risks compared to the general population. Talking about the psychological impact of chronic exposure to trauma, extended deployments, and sleep deprivation they go through saves lives.

Powerful message of su***de prevention, mental health awareness, and care about the students at the start of the Fall semester at Anne Arundel Community College in Maryland🌻 137 students participated in 7 activities and filled out an exit survey. Dozens more participated in at least one activity and connected with a local community resource. Nine different community partners joined the event hosted by AACC Counseling Services and AACC Health and Wellness Center. A big thank you to our hosts and AACC Ambassadors for their support! Shout out to these amazing community resources for coming out to help students get information about their resources:
