Ron Davis has been a part of the KeyStone family since 2001. Ron is most known for working third shift in admissions and is an essential piece to the success of the department. Ron is a leader on third shift throughout the building and provides support to all departments. He is always willing to lend a hand by working an extra shift to ensure that there is coverage in the admissions department which is really appreciated. Ron handles the most psychiatrically compromised patients with ease. He builds rapports with patients and welcomes them with respect, patience, and empathy. Ron can also be found throughout the building de-escalating patients that may be struggling or just as a friendly, familiar face to patients and staff. He has also worked in the clinical department, has assisted at the ECU when needed, and has provided transportation at times. He is a team player and brings a positive attitude and calmness to KeyStone.

Please take a moment on congratulating Ron as our October Employee of the Month! Thank you for all that you do for our patients and the KeyStone community!

At KeyStone Center, we recognize the importance of early intervention and open conversations around mental health. Depression can affect anyone, but help and hope are always available.

Taking a few minutes to complete a mental health screening can be the first step toward healing and understanding. Whether you’re struggling yourself or supporting someone who is, know that you are not alone — and that recovery is possible.

If you or someone you know may be experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, or other mental health concerns, reach out. KeyStone Center offers 24/7 level of care assessments to help determine the right care for you or your loved ones. Call Admissions at 610-876-9000.
