Neuropsychology Assessment Center

Located in the Philadelphia area, the Neuropsychology Assessment Center (NAC) specializes in neuropsychological evaluations for the investigation of a variety of psychological conditions. These include conditions pertaining to learning disabilities, brain injuries, epilepsy, autistic spectrum disorders, speech and language delays, and social interaction problems. NAC also provides personality assessments and intellectual evaluations. NAC is a 501(c)(3) organization, with a three-fold mission:

Clinical:
NAC provides high quality assessment and treatment services at an affordable rate to individuals ranging in age from 5 years through adulthood. These services include:
- Neuropsychological evaluation
- Psychoeducational evaluation
- Adult and geriatric assessments
- Dementia assessments
- Neuropsychological and psychoeducational treatment
- Psychological evaluations
- Family consultation for placement and treatment
- Record review and recommendations, as appropriate

Training:
As a division of the Institute for Graduate Clinical Psychology, NAC serves as a training “arm” of the program. The assessments are typically performed by doctoral students under the direct supervision of licensed psychologists. NAC also sponsors continuing education events for professionals and workshops for the community. Research:
NAC encourages and supports students and faculty in the pursuit of research that focuses on a variety of neuropsychological conditions.
