If you haven’t seen this, there was some research that came out about grip strength being an indicator of overall health and longevity, so of course I had to get a dynamometer. If you’ve ever been a patient, the result is not surprising. 😂 My right hand is significantly stronger than my left, so I will have to work on that. I will have this in the office for anyone who wants to try during their next appointment.

Kids are back to school and we’re back at it! This is how I’m kicking off the New Year. I love Lindsey . I’ve been doing her workouts for years now and often recommend her programs to patients when it’s appropriate. You’ll hear her say train in all planes and I love that. I also love the variety her programs offer. If you’re a beginner and athlete 25 is not for you, she’s got some courses for beginners. If you’re short on time, she’s even got 15 and 20 minute workouts. Check her out on YouTube. If you end up joining me on this two week journey, shoot me a DM we can high five each other.
