I am Jess Thomas, Massage Therapist and owner of Massage By Jess. We are located on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. At Massage By Jess, we are extremely passionate about Therapeutic Massage and the numerous health benefits it has to offer. Our main focus is pain management as our own struggles with pain is what led us to pursue careers in bodywork. We care about our clients and strive to improve their quality of life through decreased pain, increased flexibility and an all around better understanding of body awareness.. Please be advised of our “No Show” policy now being enforced. If you are not able to keep your appointment, please give 24 hours notice via phone call, text, email, etc.. If you fail to give 24 hours notice, you will be responsible for 100% of the cost for the service booked. You will not be able to rebook any further sessions until your balance is paid in full. If you are a package holder, the session you missed will be deducted from your package. If we have to bill you for a “no show” more than twice, you will be required to prepay for any further sessions.

***We do understand that things come up, emergencies happen and people get sick. We do try to work with everyone as much as possible, however our time is quite literally our money and when we don’t work, we don’t get paid. We understand that we have to cancel on people at times as well for the same reasons and when that happens we try our best to make it up. Thank you in advance for your understanding!***
