Most people think the ego is arrogance or narcissism, but it can be far more subtle than that. The ego is actually a protective structure that formed in early childhood to help you survive emotional pain. It shows up as stress, anxiety, overwhelm, or self criticism. This workshop will help you learn how to see it clearly, so it can move from being the master of your life to becoming a servant. In other words, you use it so it doesn’t use you.
