💙 Celebrating 10 Years of Affinity Patient Advocacy 💙

Ten years ago, Affinity Patient Advocacy (APA) was born out of love, loss, and a deep commitment to helping others. Our founder and CEO, Christina DiArcangelo, started APA after experiencing firsthand the challenges that come with navigating a serious medical diagnosis. When her beloved father, Albert J. DiArcangelo, Sr., was diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer, Christina became his voice, his advocate, and his tireless champion. Sadly, Albert passed away less than two months after his diagnosis.

Through that painful journey, Christina witnessed just how critical it is to have someone standing beside a patient—fighting for their rights, their dignity, and their voice. From that moment, Affinity Patient Advocacy became more than an idea; it became a mission to ensure that no patient ever feels alone in their fight for proper care, understanding, and respect.

Over the past decade, APA has supported countless patients and families—completely free of charge. Every service we provide is done with compassion, advocacy, and a steadfast belief that everyone deserves to be heard.

We extend our deepest gratitude to our Board Members, APA Ambassadors, and every volunteer who has given their time, heart, and energy to make this mission possible. Your dedication has allowed us to touch so many lives and to continue Albert’s legacy of strength and love.
