March is , and we are proud to recognize Jessica Dust, our dedicated Social Services Director at The Waters of Chesterfield!
Jessica has been serving in this role for the past year, bringing compassion, leadership, and a true heart for helping others. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Counseling at Indiana Wesleyan University, working toward becoming a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
Jessica is a proud mom to two daughters, ages 18 and 13, and has a wonderful bonus daughter, age 22, with her amazing fiancé. Family is at the center of everything she does. 💕
With over seven years of supervisory experience, along with a strong background in case management and behavioral and psychiatric care, Jessica brings both expertise and empathy to her role. Her passion lies in advocating for those who may not always have a voice, supporting families through difficult times, and ensuring every individual feels heard, respected, and cared for.
Jessica’s dedication to making a meaningful difference is truly inspiring, and we are so grateful to have her as part of our team!
