At St. Luke’s Rehab, our patients truly become our family. Over the past several months, we had the privilege of caring for an injured worker who became a familiar face and a part of our daily routine. He worked incredibly hard, built strong relationships with our team, and left a lasting impression on all of us. As we celebrated his recovery and prepared for discharge, watching the genuine conversations, smiles, and goodbyes shared between him and our staff was truly heartwarming. Moments like that remind us why we do this work. We’re grateful to have been part of his journey and proud of the care our team provides every day.💙🤍

🎄 12 Days of Christmas at St. Luke’s Rehab 🎄From ornament exchanges and a fully loaded hot chocolate bar, to gingerbread house competitions and festive apparel that got more creative by the day—our team truly embraced the holiday spirit. And of course, no St. Luke’s Christmas would be complete without our Plant Ops Director channeling full Father Christmas energy, complete with blingy holiday suits that may or may not be visible from space. 🎅✨Moments like these remind me that culture is built in the everyday—laughing together, celebrating together, and showing up as one team. Grateful for this crew and the joy they bring all year long. ❤️

From beautifully polished to downright comedic, the gingerbread house competition at St. Luke’s Rehab had us laughing all week. It was a tight race with some truly hysterical entries, but Melissa, our Director of Pharmacy, took the win with a stunning Victorian masterpiece. Creativity, friendly competition, and a whole lot of holiday fun, this team does it all. 🎄🏆

As the days get shorter and the temperatures colder, some people may notice their mental health is impacted. Seasonal affective disorder is a type of depression that crops up on a seasonal basis and can last for 4-5 months, according to the National Institute of Mental Health. Take note of changes in your sleeping and eating patterns, increased irritability, and/or
feeling socially withdrawn, and seek help from a healthcare professional if needed.
