We’ve updated our spa’s No-Show policy!

Policy:
1. Appointment Confirmation
All appointments require a valid credit or debit card on file at the time of scheduling. By scheduling an appointment, the patient authorizes Avani Derm Spa to charge the card on file in accordance with this policy.

2. No-Show Fee
If a patient fails to arrive for a scheduled appointment and does not provide prior notice, a $50 No-Show Fee will be charged to the card on file.
A “No-Show” is defined as:
• Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment, and
• No prior cancellation or rescheduling notice provided.
Appointments allot for a 5-minute grace period without notice.

3. Multiple Missed Appointments
Patients with repeated No-Shows (two or more) may be required to:
• Prepay for future services, and/or
• Be restricted from scheduling future appointments.

**By scheduling an appointment with Avani Derm Spa, the patient acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this No-Show Policy and authorizes the practice to charge the $50 No-Show Fee to the card on file if applicable.
