Meet Madison, a Certified Personal Trainer who is passionate about helping clients build strength, confidence, and lasting healthy habits. She earned her degree in Exercise Science from Lindenwood University, where she cultivated a solid foundation in human movement, physiology, and wellness.
During her time at Lindenwood, Madison completed her internship at Strong Human Fitness—and we’re proud to say she has been a dedicated member of our team ever since!

When she’s not in the gym, Madison loves spending quality time with her family, baking delicious treats, and caring for her furry friends: Maverick, her loyal German Shepherd; Remi, her playful Golden Retriever; and her two charming cats, Luna and Nova.
