Inspired Hearing Solutions is dedicated to providing high quality, affordable, and compassionate audiological care to individuals from school age through late adulthood. We take pride in giving individualized attention to each patient to address their unique needs. We strive to serve as the local expert on hearing care and we aim to educate the public on the prevalence of hearing loss, its link to

other diseases, and the importance of treating it. We believe hearing is one of the most important ways in which we each interact with the world around us and that it enriches our lives and our relationships. We offer hearing aids from multiple manufacturers, in various models, styles, and technology levels and at all price points. We are open by appointment only. About our Audiologist:
Dr. Browne is the owner and sole audiologist at Inspired Hearing Solutions. She received her Doctor of Audiology (AuD) degree from James Madison University and a Bachelor's of Science (BS) degree in Biology from Coastal Carolina University (CCU). Audiology is her second profession; as she was a science teacher for several years before she decided to enter the field. She is dually licensed in the state of Virginia as an Audiologist and Hearing Aid Specialist. She has earned a Certificate of Clinical Competency from the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA), is a fellow member of the American Academy of Audiology, and serves as a member of the Academy of Doctors of Audiology. She was voted as one of the best Audiologists in the Richmond VA area for ‘bedside manner’ in the 2018 edition of OurHealth magazine (https://issuu.com/ourhealthvirginia/docs/rvanovdec2018/33e=30938993/65617286). Dr. Browne enjoys working one-on-one with patients from school age through late adulthood. She prides herself on providing quality and individualized care. As somebody who struggles with hearing loss herself; she personally understands the difficulties faced from living with hearing impairment and is empathetic to the hearing aid adjustment process.

“The life she was living before, she said, was exhausting. At the end of every day she was spent from the strain of asking people to repeat themselves and missing out on conversations and the punch lines of jokes.
“I don’t want people to feel what I felt, where I was embarrassed and I was quiet about it,” she said. “Because now that I’m on the other side, I’m so happy.”

Many adults who could benefit from hearing aids don't use them. Sara Mearns, a principal dancer with the New York City Ballet took the leap and wants people to know how helpful it has been.
