Join Us for a Morning of Heart Health & Wellness ❤️
Come out and enjoy an uplifting and empowering morning dedicated to heart health and total wellness. This interactive event will feature guest speakers who will share valuable insights on heart health, eating and living well in 2026, and the importance of mental health in our overall well-being.
Participants will also enjoy exercise demonstrations designed for all fitness levels, offering practical ways to stay active and energized.
Please remember to bring your own yoga mat or towel for the exercise portion of the program.
In the spirit of service, we ask all attendees to bring canned goods to support the Petersburg Alumnae Chapter’s contributions to FEED MORE, helping to nourish our community while we care for our hearts.
