URGENT

Please share this post with your children and grandchildren. We kindly ask that no children ride bikes or scooters in the funeral home parking lot. Even when our business appears to be closed, understand that we are open 24/7. This means that cars and delivery trucks will come through at any moment. Many are people we know, but most are not. It is not a safe place to play and ride. We do not care about material things. That is not the point of this post. Two children have come very close to being severely hurt and even killed in the past two years on our property. As funeral directors, this is our worst nightmare. We love seeing the kids outside playing. That’s how childhood is supposed to be. But after we’ve faced two close calls, we hope you understand and know that we only wish to protect our friends and neighbors. If we see your child on our property we will kindly ask them to play elsewhere and we will do our best to notify you as a parent.
