CPM&R cares for anyone of any age – from children to busy executives to seniors – with a biomechanical injury or condition that is interfering with performance, productivity, and/or quality of life. CPM&R’s comprehensive care model offers patients a thorough, individualized, and holistic treatment plan that consistently works – even with patients who’ve been unable to find help through other providers.

CPM&R will be undergoing a practice separation this coming week.

Dr. Catherine Doty will be continuing to provide Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Consultations, Sports & Musculoskeletal Medicine treatment as CPM&R in a new location at 8505 Delmar Blvd, suite I, at I-170 and Delmar, in University City. The contact phone numbers for the practice will remain the same. (636) 778-3028.

On January 16th, Dr. Michael Vishion will move, full time, to World Class Performance Training at the World Class All-Stars of Dance location in Chesterfield Valley, 717 Crown Industrial Court, Suite N, Chesterfield, MO 63005, providing Training/Rehabilitation and Chiropractic Care at (314) 455-8400.

It has been a true pleasure to serve everyone as a team for the past 7 years at CPM&R, and for the previous 11 years at our prior practice. Dr. Vishion and I will be happy to continue to provide our CPM&R patients with collaborative care, if they choose, but we will be functioning in separate practices.
