Winter Warming Emergency Shelter Now Open

The Saint Louis County Department of Human Services, in partnership with The Salvation Army, is providing critical support for individuals in need during the coldest months of the year.

Open: November 10, 2025 – March 6, 2026
Location: The Salvation Army, 10740 Page Ave., St. Louis, MO 63132
Clients may call 211 for assistance and entry.

The shelter offers:
- 24/7 on-site staff support
- Hot meals served three times daily
- Laundry, showers, and hygiene access
- Case management and employment assistance
- Telephone access

In addition, walk-in day services are available at Loaves and Fishes Resource Center (2055 Concourse Dr., St. Louis, MO 63146)
Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
Includes emergency referrals, meals, laundry, hygiene, and case management support.
