Hot stones are used to warm and massage muscles to ease aches and pains while decreasing stress. Can be used for all different pressure needs.

Like hot stones, warm bamboo sticks are used to ease aches and pains while decreasing stress. It is especially helpful for those who like firm pressure and trigger point therapy.

Massage Cupping $10
Massage Cupping bodywork is based on the common practice of Chinese cupping therapy. By creating suction and negative pressure, massage cupping is used to soften tight muscles and tone attachments, loosen adhesions, lift connective tissue, bring hydration and blood flow to body tissues, and drain excess fluids by opening lymphatic pathways.

Post Massage Zen Time ($10 per 15 minutes)
Not ready to leave the table after your massage? Don't! Take a nap, read a book, or zone out. For scheduling purposes, I must know how much time you would like added at the time you book your massage.

New enhancements alert! I now offer this super moisturizing hand and/or foot treatment using eco-friendly eco-fin. Think paraffin but with no petroleum and an all natural raspberry grapefruit scent(available in unscented as well). I also use plastic free compostable bags to minimize waste. Whatever product is leftover gets massaged in, leaving skin super soft. $5 for hands or feet and $8 for both!
