Yesterday, I celebrated my 49th birthday in the middle of a historic New Jersey blizzard— and somehow, that feels symbolic. Another year. Another season. Another reminder that, even in the swirl, there is so much beauty.
I woke up today feeling deeply grateful. Grateful for every message, every call, and every thoughtful word that reached me. To be seen, remembered, and celebrated in such a genuine way is a gift that will never be lost on me.
This past year has been one of growth, clarity, resilience, and grace. It has stretched me and strengthened me. It has deepened my faith, refined my boundaries, and reminded me that resilience doesn’t have to be loud to be powerful. It has brought unexpected lessons in my personal life and incredibly profound connection through my work with
The Channel for Healing. I’ve had the honor and the privilege of connecting with the hearts of others, witnessing healing, and walking alongside others in powerful seasons of their lives (and mine) — That is something that continues to humble me in the most profound ways.
This past year, there were losses that reshaped my heart in the quietest ways…the kind that clear a space deep within you and allow for something special and unexpected to arise. What is steady eventually becomes clearer. What is sacred becomes undeniable. Slowly, it creates space for clarity…Space for growth…Space enough for purpose to rise to the surface.
At the center of it all is my family — my steady, sacred ground. Our lake house in the mountains has always felt symbolic to me — a place of reflection, grounding, legacy, gathering, and peace. A place where storms roll in, but the foundation holds strong. That feels especially meaningful this year.
What I know for certain at 49 is this…The greatest gift this year hasn’t been anything tangible. It has been depth. Depth in relationships. Depth in faith. Depth in purpose. The most valuable gifts aren’t things — they are relationships, growth, healing, and the courage to keep your heart open, no matter what.
Thank you for seeing me, for supporting me, and for being part of my journey and my story. Here’s to stepping into 49 with strength, gratitude, and an open heart. Always grateful…❤️
