It’s not too late to add someone’s name in honor or in memory to the Trees of Celebration located in the windows of the Sunshine Shoppe for a donation of $10 per light. Cards are mailed with the light number to the donors and recipients. Perfect gift to give! There are already over 800 special names on these trees given in love and remembrance. Proceeds help Chesterfield County hospice patients with urgent non-medical needs. Brochures are located at the Foundation and the Sunshine Shoppe! Merry Christmas! ❤️🎄

At the Hospice of Chesterfield County Foundation, our mission is to provide need-based grants to Hospice patients who reside in Chesterfield County. These grants are meant to provide assistance with the non-medical needs a Hospice patient may encounter. At the Hospice of Chesterfield County Foundation, we want every Hospice patient to live out their days with the highest quality of life possible.
