Are you making your health a priority? It's so easy to let those things "you need to do" or "need to follow up on" slip under the rug. It takes time and energy set forth to put yourself at the top of your own priority list.
Can you write down two things that you could do starting today that would make your health a priority?
It can be as simple as drinking a glass of water upon waking in the morning, or introduce drinking apple cider vinegar daily and it can balance the acidity levels in the body. It can be more time demanding but do you need to schedule a test that you've been needing to get done? Or how about starting on a probiotic to help your gut feel better and provide overall better health?
Think about yourself. It's where life begins and the ripples flow.
