I hear it all the time, (mainly because I say it all the time)but it often seems like we don’t have time for our own wellness.

Instead of being overwhelmed by trying to carve out an hour of your life to do yoga, or go to the gym, or start a new fitness program (Which are all good and amazing choices ) on occasion life requires you to make small, consistent steps. It may be fill up your water bottle more often, trying to get an extra 30 minutes of sleep, one or two stretches that might take the pain out of your low back , but on beautiful days like this… It’s getting a B12 shot!

And just in case any of my Team Subzero members were wondering, YES!!!, this is the place that that’s offering a free essential injection during The month of November for our In Gratitude for Wellness month !
