Job Description
LRL Commercial Cleaning, Inc. is seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to independently service assigned commercial cleaning accounts. This role is ideal for self-motivated cleaners who take pride in quality work and consistency.
You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards at commercial facilities according to company guidelines.

Responsibilities
• Perform general commercial cleaning duties, including:
• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
• Emptying trash and replacing liners
• Dusting and wiping surfaces
• Cleaning breakrooms and common areas
• Follow all cleaning checklists and safety procedures
• Maintain a professional appearance and work ethic
• Complete work independently without supervision
• Communicate any supply needs or site issues to management

Requirements
• Must be dependable and punctual
• Ability to work independently
• Attention to detail is a must
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks
• Reliable transportation preferred
• No language requirement — you work alone
• Prior cleaning experience preferred but not required
