4 Weeks Post-Op | Breast Augmentation

This 25-year-old patient came to see Dr. Prada wanting more upper fullness and enhanced cleavage, while still choosing an implant size that fit her frame.

They selected a 335cc implant on the left and 385cc on the right. Both smooth cohesive full (SCF) implants, placed using a dual-plane technique (partially under the muscle).

Why this approach?

โ€ข She had good native tissue and symmetry to begin with
โ€ข The dual-plane technique allows the implant to blend naturally with her existing tissue
โ€ข Full projection implants help enhance upper pole fullness without overpowering her proportions

At just 4 weeks, sheโ€™s still early in the healing phase. The implants will continue to soften, settle, and drop into a more natural position over the next several weeks.
