Fleur-de-Lis Abdominoplasty + Lower Body Lift

This 46-year-old patient came to me after a remarkable 110-pound weight loss that left her with significant loose skin of the abdomen, flanks, and lower back.

She underwent a Fleur-de-Lis abdominoplasty combined with a lower body lift to address both vertical and horizontal laxity. This technique allows tightening in two directionsโ€”improving waist definition and overall contour for patients whoโ€™ve lost a large amount of weight.
