It's my time to share how thankful, grateful, and blessed I am for each and every one of you.
So many of you have followed me since I opened my practice in Lyndhurst, 18 years ago, working out of my friend's home office, and then finally landing in my Center in Chesterland. It's been an incredible journey, building something I am so proud of.
With the help of my family supporting my vision, you all for trusting in my services, and the fantastic, ever-evolving practice WE have ALL built together.

Fall is slowly showing its "colors".
Leaves are changing, leaves are falling, lawn mowers are running, and noses are too.

To all of my local small biz owners.
I’ve been tossing about an idea to gather all of us together for a big gift basket raffle for the holidays.
The $$ would go to a charity of our choosing. We could rotate who chooses, make a group decision, etc….
I’m in the infant stage with this but want to do something for our community.
I would ask for a couple of volunteers to help me gather and deliver the baskets.

I wanted to remind my local athletes (from marching band, organized sports, to dance/theater) that I am available for full team or individual athlete "Injury Prevention/Recovery" assistance.

So I'm doing a thing.....I am thrilled to announce that I am expanding my Injury Prevention Clinics to colleges and universities! Teaching students how to stay healthy while in school and beyond!!!

Later this month, I am presenting a "mini" version of my IPC to the Theater Program at Ohio University AND a Reiki Masterclass. I am over the moon about the opportunity to share my knowledge with our younger peeps.

I couldn't be more thrilled! Special acknowledgement goes out to my biggest supporter and current client, Paige Marie. ;). Paiger, thank you for your continued trust and support!!!!!
