Tip of the day from me, Copper, and Friday:
Before you get out of bed tomorrow…..
Take a moment, take 3 deep breaths, stretch your legs, feet, hands and arms, move your head side to side. Get the body fluids flowing…..As you are stretching, think of, or say allowed, 3 things that make you happy or that you are grateful for.
This all takes less than 5 min and will change the outlook of your day!

Happy Friday-YAY everyone!

Newest adventure for Body, Mind, and Soul:

Reiki and NAET (allergy elimination) available for your 4-legged family members!

I have experience with many types of animals; including but no limited to…dogs, cats, and horses.

I have “hospice” and post-op experience as well.

This will be a very slow roll-out. My plan is to be available 2 Thursdays a month by January 2027.

I am working on another certification so stay tuned!

It's that time of year, and trust me....I don't want to get you sick either.
It's the time of year to be forgiving on both sides. It may be a day of cancellation on either side - I will reschedule you where I can.
The ONLY exception is that if you want to swing in for a virus/bacteria NAET treatment, I will certainly do that for you.
