After a steady two-year hibernation from the public space and holistic healing, I have decided that... the hibernation will continue until further notice. 🐻 😌

May you continue to be kind to yourselves and others as you move through this, what I hope that you have now come to realize is, the neverending cycle of transformation and healing that is Life. I will be back to accept Hypnotherapy and Past Life Regression session requests when the time is right.

We've all had past lives. In fact, since time is a construct and all things are happening at once, our past, present, and future lives are also happening at once. 🤯

So, what do the alleged "signs of having a past life" mean? Let's take the following phenomenons as examples:

💀 specific and consistent fears/phobias
🏰 unexplained spontaneous knowledge about certain events in history
🤠 magnetic fascination for certain time periods
💊 recurring physical ailments that came up suddenly, and don't seem to go away

These are signs that there is an event with a strong energetic power that is somehow overlapping or mirroring your present life and became active through a trigger.

These triggers can come up through similarities or remembrances. Popular examples of triggers can include visiting a place for the first time and feeling like you've been there before, or meeting a person for the first time and feeling you've known them your whole life. This is where the Deja Vu and Soulmate stories can come in.

I agree with most of the "signs" on this graphic, except the stained glass windows and the intuitive healing part... those would be, in my opinion, part of an individual's personality.

The only way to know about your past lives is to have a proper regression that works with the triggers, or the consistent issues. This is quite different from simply "viewing" a past life or receiving a "reading" from someone else. The client - you - are required to face these triggers with the purpose of releasing them during the session with the guidance of a trained professional.

Is the universe testing you by serving you the same issues over and over? Is it really some sort of lesson that you *have* to repeat? 🤔

Not necessarily. What if I told you that an unconditional loving force has no business teaching you a lesson through punishment? That this is just an exhaustively old patriarchal concept that has been drilled into society for centuries? We know that, as humans, we can also learn to grow through love, grace, and playfulness. So, why would the Universe want to treat you differently? 🤯

It would be wise to leave behind the idea that we are victims of Spirit or God if we want to evolve spiritually and emotionally.

So, I like to call this phenomenon "Healing is Peeling". You're not being served with harsh repeated lessons - you're peeling away the layers of your past self like an onion. 🧅

Each layer is a new opportunity for awareness, and with that awareness comes an opportunity to expand your capacity for compassion, understanding, maturity, communication, and love. It's time to notice your own expired perspectives, embrace them with compassion, and let them go.

Let us remember the difference between observing what is and dwelling on the negative aspects of that which is.

To notice realities and hold compassion for them before choosing how to act upon what we have observed: To become personally involved in a manner that evokes change, or to simply complain out loud?

The choice is ours to make.
