🎄 Christmas Day Yoga Reminder 🎄
I bend so I don’t break.

Today isn’t about perfection.
It’s about presence.
Not performing — breathing.
Not rushing — re-centering.
Not giving more away — but giving back to yourself.

If you’ve got 5 minutes today, unroll the mat.
If you’ve got 2 minutes, close your eyes and breathe.
If you’ve only got 10 seconds — put your hand on your heart and remember:
You’re allowed to rest.
You’re allowed to reset.
You’re allowed to feel joy in your body today.
