We’ve been making a few changes behind the scenes to improve our workflow and make your experience with us even smoother!
These updates help us protect our staff’s time, keep appointments running on schedule, and continue providing our community with the best care possible.
Here are some updates & reminders:
📝 Administrative paperwork includes but is not limited to prior authorizations, letters of medical necessity, insurance forms, FMLA forms, and HSA/FSA documentation. Requests require a $25 paperwork fee (completed within 3-5 business day minimum turnaround during Wednesday clinical hours) OR a $49 paperwork visit appointment can be scheduled for urgent completion.
⏰ Payment is due at time of service and all sales are final.
🍴Our office closes daily for lunch from 12-12:30. During this time, our doors will be locked so our staff can take a full lunch break.
💰A $99 deposit is required for appointments that are one hour or longer. This deposit is nonrefundable and is applied towards the cost of the service.
👑 Memberships are a 6 or 12 month commitment and are set up on automatic monthly payments. Services do not roll over. If a monthly service is not used, it cannot be redeemed in a future month.
❌ No shows and cancelations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a 50% service charge. Appointments booked using memberships or packages are handled a little differently. Please ask us for more details.
