Rest doesn’t have to mean self-sabotage.
Relaxing doesn’t have to mean abandoning every habit you’ve built.
You don’t have to fully “let go” to actually relax.
And you definitely don’t need the cycle of
locked in ➝ chaos ➝ starting over Monday.
Most of the time, keeping a few foundations in place helps you recover better:
▪️walking or some form of movement
▪️fueling like a grown adult.. at least a little
▪️sleeping-ish on purpose
Supporting your body and your nervous system so you can actually enjoy your time away.
Healthy foundations ≠ punishment.
They’re the reason Monday doesn’t feel like a reset button every single time.
