🌟Milestones Matter!🌟

👟At three years old, a child should be able to put on their own shoes with some help or guidance. They can generally slide their feet into shoes and fasten them (if Velcro or zipper), but may still need help distinguishing left from right and help with laces or buckles.

🥿Making practice with shoes fun by incorporating songs, rhymes, matching games, etc can help encourage little ones to learn!

OT activities supports listening, problem solving, and decision making while building fine motor skills and tool use. Simple moments like painting become powerful learning opportunities through guided play!
