Join Kent County Parks & Recreation for a magical evening under the full moon! The potluck starts at 6:00 PM at Turner’s Creek Pavilion, followed by a family-friendly full moon hike. Bring a dish if inspired, but it’s not required.

Do you notice feeling sad, loss of interest, change in appetite, loss of energy, and more? These are all symptoms of Seasonal Depression.
Typically starting in autumn and lasting until around spring. The colder weather and less daylight causes us to feel unmotivated and uninterested in our daily activities.
Not to be mistaken as the “winter blues” which are only occasionally during the winter and still allow for you to function in daily activities. Seasonal Depression is more of a pattern that happens continuously in the colder months.
