Hi friends,
We’re offering a free Zoom yoga class today at 4:30pm with the theme of Taming Tension.
This practice is about unwinding the places we’re holding more than we realize—so we can move, breathe, and stand a little more fully in ourselves. When we release excess tension, we create space to respond rather than react, to support ourselves with steadiness, and to show up more clearly for each other and the world around us.
Expect a slow, intentional class focused on simple movement, breath, and awareness. Nothing fancy. Just an opportunity to reconnect to your body and reset your footing.
All levels welcome. Come as you are.
Hope to practice with you! You’ll need a phone, tablet or computer with Zoom access along with a mat, a strap or long towel and blocks or a stack of sturdy books.
