Fitness Friday 💪🏻 Your posture does more than just help you stand tall, it dictates your energy levels, how well you breathe, and your overall comfort throughout the day.

The good news? You don’t need a total overhaul. Small, consistent resets are the secret to better movement and control.

Take 30 seconds to reset right now:

1. Ground Yourself: Sit tall with both feet flat on the floor.

2. Tuck the Chin

3. Set the Shoulders: Roll them back and drop them down away from your ears.

4. Breathe: Inhale deeply and exhale slowly for 2–3 controlled breaths.

Ready to level up your wellness?

Making your own lemon vinaigrette is a perfect example of how small, intentional shifts in the kitchen contribute to a “cleaner” overall lifestyle. By whisking together a few whole-food ingredients, you eliminate the hidden plastics, synthetic emulsifiers, and refined seed oils often found in store-bought bottles, reducing your body’s daily toxic load. This DIY approach mirrors the same philosophy we apply to a non-toxic home: replacing complex, chemical-heavy commercial products with simple, transparent, and eco-friendly alternatives that support both your biology and the planet.

When we think about supporting our health, most of us naturally focus on food, movement, sleep, stress, and healthy relationships. Those foundations matter deeply, but our home environment plays a role too. Simple swaps can be an easy way to reduce your exposure to toxins to benefit of both your health and the planet’s.

The water we drink, the air we breathe, the cookware we use, the containers we store food in, and the products with which we clean, all shape daily exposures that influence our wellbeing. Over time, low-level exposures from multiple sources can add up, which is why researchers continue to study the health impacts from chemicals such as PFAS, plastic-associated compounds, and volatile chemicals commonly used in household products.

One of the most empowering things we can do is become a little more aware of those everyday inputs. Health is shaped not only by the big choices we make, but also by the small, repeated ones woven into daily life. We’re here to help with manageable and strategic “clean” choices to help you guide you toward a healthier home and healthier you.

Aloe vera is well known for its soothing effects on the skin, but it can also be enjoyed as a beverage. Rich in bioactive compounds like polysaccharides, flavonoids, vitamins, and minerals, aloe offers anti-inflammatory benefits and promotes digestive comfort by helping to sooth irritation throughout the GI tract. This warming tea combines aloe with chamomile to work synergistically any may help to alleviate symptoms of acid reflux and heartburn. 💪🏻 Fitness Friday With Coach Brandon

Movement plays a direct role in digestion. Gentle trunk and torso rotation paired with slow breathing can support gut motility and help calm the nervous system. Consistency matters more than intensity.

Our gastrointestinal tract - a.k.a. the gut - is much more than just a site of digestion. It is a critical interface between the external environment, the immune system, and the metabolic and inflammatory signaling pathways throughout the body.

The term “leaky gut” is often used to describe a physiologic process known as increased intestinal permeability. “Leaky gut” is not itself a diagnosis, but rather it refers to changes in the integrity and function of the intestinal barrier (or gut wall) that can alter how substances move from within the intestine, through the gut lining, and into the bloodstream. In some people, this process may contribute to immune activation, inflammation, and symptoms that extend well beyond the gastrointestinal tract [1].

Most of us think about gut health only when digestion is involved, but the health of our gut is foundational to our wellbeing. What happens at the gut wall influences how different systems in the body interact with each other. Click the link in our bio to read more 🔗

Cauliflower calms the mind by using Vitamin C, sulforaphane, and folate to protect brain tissue, reduce inflammation, and regulate mood-stabilizing neurotransmitters. This effect is amplified by turmeric’s curcumin, which crosses the blood-brain barrier to clear plaques and stimulate BDNF, a growth hormone for new brain cells. To ensure these benefits are fully realized, a pinch of black pepper is added to boost curcumin absorption by 2,000%. Together, these ingredients form a potent, neuroprotective duo that supports both immediate emotional balance and long-term cognitive health.
