Sonya Ombima, MSN, CRNP

Sonya Ombima, MSN, CRNP, is a board-certified Adult Health nurse practitioner and the founder of Seraze’ Wellness Studio, bringing over 30 years of nursing experience and advanced practice training to aesthetic and wellness care. Her career began in complex medical and primary care environments, where careful assessment, patient education, and long-term outcomes were central to the care she provided. This strong clinical foundation continues to guide her work in aesthetics today.

Sonya is trained and certified in facial aesthetics, including neurotoxin treatments (Botox), dermal fillers, and microneedling. She approaches aesthetic care as an extension of overall health rather than a quick fix, emphasizing natural, balanced results and personalized treatment planning. She believes aesthetic care should feel thoughtful, supportive, and empowering, helping clients look refreshed while still feeling like themselves.

PRACTITIONER PROFILE: Welcome Michal Waldfogel!

Dr. Michal Waldfogel is a naturopathic doctor practicing from a shame-free, weight-neutral and trauma-informed framework. This all means that she really really trusts your intuition and wisdom to guide our work together. She also weaves in training and experience in integrative primary care, holistic mental health + addiction recovery, clinical nutrition, botanical medicine and CranioSacral therapy to create safe, effective (and even fun!) containers for healing. She commonly works with people seeking care for mental health, digestive concerns, hormonal imbalances, concussions recovery, TMJ dysfunction, and chronic headache + migraine. After ten years of training and practicing in Seattle, WA, she has returned to her hometown just in time to be among the first naturopathic doctors registered with the Pennsylvania Board of Medicine. She offers visits in Mt. Airy and West Philly, as well as by secure video. Outside of one-on-one care, Dr. Michal is passionate about increasing access to naturopathic medicine through community care and group learning opportunities.

Practitioner Profile: Welcome Craig!
Sarah Craig (them/them pronouns) is a Black q***r nonbinary licensed acupuncturist and community member of Philadelphia. Craig, a compassionate yet firm practitioner, is dedicated to supporting and empowering patients on their health and wellness journeys. Craig provides personalized, mindful healing through acupuncture and complementary TCM therapies with special focuses on pain/stress management, orthopedic acupuncture, auricular acupuncture, facial acupuncture and scalp acupuncture. Their approach is influenced by trauma-informed and restorative/transformative justice principles. Craig is originally from New York (Bronx/Valley Stream) and grew up with a love for teaching, learning, and helping out their friends and community. Craig is a graduate of Master’s in Acupuncture and Doctorate of Acupuncture from Won Institute of Graduate Studies. Craig received their Bachelor’s in history/sociology of science from the University of Pennsylvania. They are also a trained restorative justice circle facilitator, mediator, and accessible yoga instructor. When Craig is outside of the clinic, you can find them in Germantown or teaching yoga at Studio 34 Healing Arts in West Philadelphia. They enjoy hanging with their two cats, attending live music events, hiking, reading, and watching lots of Dropout TV and Youtube channels on pottery with their partner.
