An exciting new class and instructor are making their way to the studio in November! Be sure to check out Chair Yoga with Clare on Sundays and Wednesdays in November beginning November 2!
A little bit about Clare:
Clare started practicing yoga in 2012 and became a certified yoga teacher in 2021. She encourages students in her classes to embrace where their bodies and minds are today, finding a balance between challenge and rest, hoping folks leave feeling more empowered, energized, and peaceful. She is excited to be offering chair yoga at Twist & Flow!
Chair yoga is a GREAT option for those interested in embracing the benefits of yoga without weight bearing on hands, knees or shoulders. Visit our website to learn more!
