In the new year we want to offer you nothing but the best, and to do so, we need to increase class costs. We appreciate your understanding and on going support of our sweet little studio!
We will now be offering a 5-class pass in addition to our 10-class pass option! PLUS ~ we have some exciting new things planned: including sound bath experiences AND 8 week class packs designed to integrate the mind, body, and breath.
A few very important notes:
~ all classes/ class-passes or packs purchased via Credit Card will incur a $1 service fee.
~ please review our cancellation policy!

A little bit about Clare:
Clare started practicing yoga in 2012 and became a certified yoga teacher in 2021. She encourages students in her classes to embrace where their bodies and minds are today, finding a balance between challenge and rest, hoping folks leave feeling more empowered, energized, and peaceful. She is excited to be offering chair yoga at Twist & Flow!
