The Monfort Heights United Methodist Church Asbury Chapel classes begin January 28th. Classes will be Tuesdays at 6:30pm.

Parking Note: Parking for all events and programming will be available in the MHUMC main parking lot. Short walk along the front sidewalk to access the Asbury Chapel & Arts Center. For larger events the MHE school parking lot will be available across the street.

Sign Ups are live for Tuesday evening classes at Asbury Chapel (Monfort Heights UMC)! There is currently a 50% off discount. First Gentle Flow class is January 28th at 6:30pm.

One hour class with stretching, strengthening and breath work - suitable for anyone from beginners to seasoned yoga practitioners.

There are still tents set up from the fair, but our usual location in the grass near the North Bend entrance is open.
