Today is World Pneumonia Day, a reminder to protect your lungs with healthy habits and timely vaccines.

🫁 Stay up to date on your flu and pneumonia shots
🚭 Avoid smoking and exposure to secondhand smoke
💧 Wash hands regularly and get plenty of rest when sick
