Position relies on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals. Previous work history that demonstrates steady attendance and punctuality is a plus. Basic computer knowledge is required.

We are also taking considerations for a Full-Time Medical Office Assistant/CNA to join our team. This will be a unique position that will give the applicant the opportunity to expand their skill set and become a valuable member to our team. The very flexible position will be responsible for helping answer phones, scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out, making referrals, rooming patients. Applicant MUST have excellent communication skills, outstanding customer service skills and be a team player. Willing to train, however, any medical background (LPN, CNA, Medical Assistant) is a plus.

Welcome to the Old Settler's Reunion 2022! The staff of Roger Mills Memorial Hospital would like to wish you a weekend of fun, lots of good food and of course a ton of laughter!!

Roger Mills Memorial Hospital will begin 30 DAYS OF ENCOURAGEMENT beginning today, October 1st. We want to ensure our staff know they are appreciated by their coworkers and the communities they serve.

We would like to give our communities the opportunity to share words of ENCOURAGEMENT and APPRECIATION.

We will include in our 30 Days of Encouragement, Walls of Encouragement. If you have encouraging words or would like to send a Thank You Card/Picture to someone at the hospital, the clinic, or the EMS service, we will include those on our Walls of Encouragement. We plan to have multiple walls throughout our buildings so our staff will be reminded daily how important they are to the communities they serve.
