The vehicle suddenly lost control and rolled over, ejecting him from the vehicle. Investigation revealed that the commercial truck had been stolen and contained stolen mail and other suspected stolen items.

Cheyenne Police are requesting assistance locating 13-year-old, APAOLO GABRIEL RAMIREZ. He is 5’1”, approximately 130 lbs, with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen in the 1500 block of Adams Avenue at approximately 10pm on November 7th wearing blue jeans, a black hoodie, white Nike shoes, a black hat, and wearing a blue backpack with sharpie writing on it.
