Closet organizing day 👛

Disorganization can feel overwhelming… but let’s be honest — it feels extra overwhelming when you pull everything out and suddenly see what you’re working with 😅

More than once I heard, “Oh… I forgot I had that!”

This project involved emptying, purging, dusting, and sorting through a whole collection of fabulus purses that had quietly taken over the closet. Every single one had to be emptied before finding its way back to a better home.

We’re not finished yet, and sometimes the mess has to get a little bigger before it gets better. Stay tuned for the final reveal when we wrap it all up. 👏 — but progress (and rediscovered purses) makes the work worth it!

Pantry refresh day 🙌

Not Pinterest-perfect — just real life.

In my experience, most people already have plenty of baskets and bins from past organizing attempts, so I usually suggest we work with what’s on hand before buying anything new. This time? My usual advice backfired a bit 😅

My client keeps a pretty low inventory already, but after moving four years ago she downsized all her baskets too. We created a simple system with zones keeping her most items at eye level and least used items above or below— and it’s working.

We talked through a plan — mapping out where bins, risers, lazy Susans, and baskets would make the most sense for how she actually uses the space and now she has the green light to order all the beautiful organizers her heart desires 🤍

I met up with David Wilson from (if you need pictures for your business, give him a call) and Melissa Wilson of (delicious dosen't even begin to describe her baking and it helps the horses 🐴) out at the The Davissa Horse Refuge Ranch for the best kind of conversation — life, business, and everything in between.
Grateful for local connections like this and already looking forward to doing it again 🤍

Two dogs — Doug & Jacob (professional good boys)
Two cats — camera-shy and suspicious of my phone 😼
Three rabbits — hopping supervisors of all activities
One gerbil — Fluff (slightly annoyed I woke him for a close up)
And one leopard gecko — Godzilla 🦎
From feedings and check-ins to multipe games of fetch and long walks through the prairie, I love making sure pets feel safe, calm, and cared for while their people are away.
