Hello Merge Fam! Just sharing some of my healing revelations from my studies during this Sun + Jupiter Conjuction today on April 11th. The luckiest day of the 2023 year according to astrology. 🥰 So take some time to quiet your mind and do some manifestation work tonight.
“The deeper purpose of relationships and true intimacy is to reflect back your inner shadows in order that you can unlock their gifts and transform them. So vulnerability and open communication is key.
However, free self expression without awareness can very destructive to the peace of any relationship.
With awareness and courtesy, self expression can take place in a non reactive way. Self expression with awareness can be hugely powerful as a way of re-affirming your own and others self esteem.
Remember this, true power is making others feel good about themselves!! A person who knows how to empower others and make them feel seen, that is POWER.
However, above all, be accountable for your own feelings. They emerge from your own DNA and although they may be triggered by others, it is up to you to learn how to handle them inside yourself in a way that is respectful to you and others.
Also don’t expect to master your Shadow patterns over night. Our shadows are a part of who we are, and doing the inner work is about integrating all aspects of our nature, both the wonderful parts and the unpleasant bits!
It ain’t over until you quit! Keep going! An L is not a Loss it’s a Lesson.
